Advantages of Aluminum Alloy Lined Plastic Pipes (Aerospace Kaiser Pipes) in HVAC System Applications

As is well known, corrosion between different metal bodies is caused by the potential difference of metals. The material used to produce stainless steel pipes itself has a tendency for stress corrosion. Through the prestressed composite technology of the pipeline system, precise preset parameters are designed to perfectly combine two different extension materials—seamless aluminum alloy pipe and thermoplastic pipe—without altering the physical properties of either material. This solves the compatibility issues of thermoplastic and aluminum alloy pipes in composite structures while maintaining sealing and achieving ideal interlayer bonding strength. As a result, the Qu-Tan Vector Aluminum Alloy Plastic-Lined Composite Pipe exhibits stable performance in cold shrinkage and thermal expansion under application conditions.

Each Qu-Tan Double Fusion Fitting is equipped with heat fusion socket depth positioning marks on its surface, significantly improving installation efficiency and ensuring installation quality. During heat fusion socket operations, simply aligning with the heat fusion socket positioning marks on the surface of the Qu-Tan Double Fusion Fitting allows for marking the "fusion depth positioning line" and "socket depth positioning line" on the pipe surface, eliminating the need to check socket depth data or use a ruler. This improved installation method effectively prevents fusion quality issues caused by excessive or insufficient socket insertion and greatly enhances installation efficiency.
